By downloading, installing, or using Taskbl ("the App"), operated by Shtrak BG Ltd (VAT: BG201099172), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Taskbl is a task management application that allows users to create, organize, and track tasks across multiple devices. The App provides features including task creation, completion tracking, archiving, priority management, and scheduled notifications.
To use Taskbl, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (tasks, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Shtrak BG Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taskbl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
